Role OverviewThis Customer Experience Associate will process financial transactions accurately and provide excellent service, understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable banking solutions.
Responsibilities- Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments) per standardized procedures, industry regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Understand customer needs to recommend personalized banking solutions while handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Connect personally with customers, advising them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
- Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
- Assist the team by communicating status of routine activities and ensuring timely completion.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist.
- High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience; an undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
- A go‑getter with initiative, accuracy and attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with diverse customers in a calm, courteous and effective manner.
