This part-time position within the Personal and Business Banking Team offers a unique opportunity to assist clients in a busy banking center. Leverage your skills in financial services to answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients with the appropriate resources. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide insights and support for client account management
• Address client inquiries with dedication and accuracy
• Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client experiences
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client issues
• Maintain compliance with CIBC’s service standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficiency in digital banking tools and services
• Problem-solving skills with a client-centric focus
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Empathy and commitment to client engagement
