We are seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to handle approximately 50 daily emails and numerous messages. This position involves active collaboration with prescribers and internal teams to provide timely, efficient responses and improve member satisfaction. Your organizational skills will be critical in adapting to dynamic healthcare needs and enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee high-volume inbound communications effectively
• Act as primary contact for members and prescribers
• Manage increased workload on STAT days
• Perform regular phone communications
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency
Requirements:
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage high inquiry volumes efficiently
• Strong detail orientation and multitasking abilities
• Experience in healthcare or medical settings preferred
• Courteous and empathetic approach when assisting members
