In this pivotal role, you will create and oversee three energetic teams:
Customer Enablement, CSM, and Account Management. With 7–10+ years in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS workplace, you'll shape a customer-focused culture and ensure customers maximize their HSOne product value. Your strategic vision will drive onboarding, customer health tracking, and retention.
- Build and lead Customer Success Organization from scratch
- Design CSM and Account Management functions, hiring and training teams
- Foster a culture of accountability and customer obsession
- Oversee Customer Enablement team for effective onboarding
- Manage retention and expansion revenue targets with accuracy
- 7–10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven track record in building high‑performing teams
- Robust understanding of recurring revenue models
- Excellent cross‑functional communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or dental industries is a plus
