Warrington Residential is seeking a Resident Services Associate to join the onsite team. This full-time role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, assisting with leasing operations and day-to-day property management. You will manage resident inquiries, support move-ins, and provide general assistance to ensure a smooth experience for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents and visitors effectively
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Support the leasing coordination and resident move processes
• Organize resident communications and essential records
• Track documents and facilitate vendor access as needed
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in customer service or administration
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office;
Yardi experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Availability for occasional evenings or weekends
