Position: Material Handler with Customer Service Focus
Join EB Horsman & Son as a Material Handler specializing in Customer Service Counter Sales. Engage with customers, manage orders, and provide top-tier support at our Surrey, BC location.

In this full-time, permanent position, you'll be the primary contact for branch customers.

Your role entails interpreting customer needs, overseeing order accuracy, and crafting effective product solutions. A successful candidate will thrive in multi-tasking, pay close attention to detail, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, pack, and ship customer orders

• Receive stock and maintain warehouse organization

• Operate equipment to support customer sales

• Manage inventory effectively and process shipments

• Assist with priority orders and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 3 years of customer service experience preferred

• 2 years in electrical lighting industry an asset

• Prior warehouse experience in shipping and receiving

• Proficiency in MS Office and quick learner
