Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential recycling services and community knowledge
• Train new staff on operations and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with customers for safe facility use
• Monitor onsite inventories for compliance with regulations
• Suggest improvements for service efficiency and safety
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in customer service roles
• Willingness to work outdoor shifts, including weekends
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
• Experience with mobile equipment is a plus
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment
