Job Overview As a Concierge, you are the face of the high‑end residential properties, greeting residents and visitors with a warm smile and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities Greet all residents and visitors, providing efficient, friendly assistance.
Deliver high quality customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Shift Saturday and Sunday, 4pm to 12am.
Qualifications At least one year of in‑person customer service experience.
Excellent written and oral command of English.
Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset.
Physical Requirements Patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior, and exterior.
Safely receive, store, and handle standard packages from couriers and carriers.
Work in varying environmental conditions such as wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.
Compensation $19 – $22 per hour.
