In this uniquely focused position, you will leverage 7–10+ years in customer-facing roles to build a robust Customer Success framework. You'll lead teams dedicated to onboarding, health monitoring, and revenue expansion, ensuring that customers are fully engaged with our solutions. Your collaborative approach will drive success across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage Customer Enablement and Account Management teams
• Design onboarding and customer health strategies
• Oversee retention and revenue expansion efforts
• Create tools and processes for Customer Success
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams
Requirements:
• 7–10+ years in Customer Success or related fields
• Experience in building effective teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong capability in revenue management and forecasting
• Excellent ability to articulate customer needs within the organization
• Experience in the healthcare or dental field is an asset
