Resident Services Associate | Full-time | On-site
We are looking for a Resident Services Associate (RSA) to join our onsite team. This role is the first point of contact for residents and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality living experience.
You’ll support day‑to‑day operations, assist with leasing coordination, and help keep everything running smoothly at the property.
Resident Experience- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and prospects
- Respond to questions and requests in person, by phone, and email
- Support move‑ins and move‑outs
- Help with packages, amenities, and general resident requests
- Prepare resident communications, notices, and welcome packages
- Keep resident files and building records organized
- Track required documents and follow up as needed
- Assist with vendor and contractor access
- Support the onsite team with daily admin tasks
- Leasing Support (Coordinator Role)
- Respond to rental inquiries and schedule viewings
- Assist with showing suites when needed
- Help manage applications, references, and paperwork
- Support leasing events and open houses
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, leasing, or administration
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail‑oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Yardi is an asset)
- Able to work on‑site (this is a building‑based role)
- Available for occasional evenings or weekends
- This is a support role only (no signing or approval authority)
- Leasing activities are completed under the direction of licensed professionals
- No accounting or financial responsibilities in this role
- Be part of a collaborative onsite team
- Work in a resident‑focused, service‑driven environment
- Gain exposure to leasing and property operations
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
