Position: Member Service Role at BCAA South
Join BCAA in South Surrey as a Member Service Representative and help create memorable experiences for our members.

Your role will shape the first and last impressions of every visitor.

BCAA is hiring a Temporary Full-Time Member Service Representative to engage with members and assist them while coordinating with Advisors. Your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, along with your excellent communication skills, will enhance the member experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a BC Top Employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members upon arrival at the location

• Manage appointment scheduling with Advisors efficiently

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively

• Promote and explain the benefits of BCAA Membership

• Execute payment processing and documentation tasks

Requirements:

• High school completion (Grade 12)

• Two years of customer service experience preferred

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• CAIB certification or ICBC knowledge preferred

• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an asset
