Culligan is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist residential and commercial customers.
Your role will involve processing contracts, scheduling installations, and delivering exceptional service. Candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers both in person and on the phone
• Schedule deliveries and service appointments efficiently
• Process new contracts and manage customer accounts
• Promote and upsell water treatment products
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile receipts
Requirements:
• Outgoing personality with a desire to assist others
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Experience in customer service preferred
