Your role is crucial in providing exceptional service while managing customer orders.
This permanent position involves being the primary contact for branch customers, requiring strong communication and multi-tasking skills. You will address customer needs, assemble and ship orders, and ensure inventory management. Your attention to detail will support building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and troubleshoot customer inquiries efficiently
• Assemble and pack orders for shipment
• Ensure accurate inventory management and organization
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Operate technology tools for efficient order processing
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer service roles
• 2+ years of experience in the electrical industry
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office
• Completed high school diploma
