Join ATS Traffic as a full-time Customer Service Professional in Surrey and support our Interprovincial Traffic team. Provide exceptional service to clients while managing orders and inquiries.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting customers and internal operations for the Interprovincial Traffic team. You will handle sales-related inquiries, manage incoming calls, and enter orders into Business Central. Your efficiency will enhance branch operations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries with knowledgeable support
• Enter orders and quotations into Business Central
• Process customer orders, production, and proofs
• Monitor inventory levels and assist walk-in customers
• Perform general administrative duties for daily operations
Requirements:
• Approximately 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience with Sales Pad/Business Central or similar
• Familiarity with traffic control or road safety industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
