Inside Sales Representative

Scope of the position
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for looking after all incoming customer calls, handling customer orders, and communicating with customers regarding quotes, returns, and specifications. Duties also include checking inventory for product availability, providing delivery dates to customers, verifying prices, preparing and maintaining sales order master files, customer lists, and purchase orders with receipts, and making routine decisions according to company policies and guidelines.

Major Responsibilities

Provide support to all REW branches

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner

Handle customer service requests including order entry, pricing, and order maintenance

Assist and support Account Managers with customer orders and requests

Prepare quotes for customers

Address product‑related problems such as defective products and product returns

Specify products for customers

Carry out any other duties assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in the electrical industry or equivalent knowledge – Wire & Cable experience preferred

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent written communication skills and professional phone manners

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
