Position: Full-Time Receptionist in Montreal
Become an essential part of our team as a Full-Time Receptionist in Montreal. This on-site role involves client interactions, billing processes, and appointment management in a professional clinic environment.

Located at 600 De Maisonneuve Boulevard West, this permanent role requires excellent customer service skills and bilingual proficiency in English and French. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing phone inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations alongside the Coordinator. The position includes approximately three evening shifts monthly and requires attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and answer internal phone calls

• Process client billing accurately and efficiently

• Manage appointment schedules and confirmations

• Balance the cash register at day’s end

• Maintain cleanliness and inventory in the service area

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed

• At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken

• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
