Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Customer Success organization

• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion

• Develop Mutual Success Plans for strategic accounts

• Refine success metrics and operating models

• Manage executive-level escalations with professionalism
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 8+ years in Customer Success or post-sales leadership

• 5+ years of leading distributed teams

• Strong SaaS experience with complex environments

• Excellent executive communication skills
