Key Responsibilities:
• Implement digital engagement strategies across customer journeys
• Evaluate engagement data to refine outreach efforts
• Spot adoption signals and drive customer expansion
• Address at-risk customer needs promptly
• Promote new product features through effective campaigns
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Marketing
• CRM exposure, particularly Salesforce, is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Self-starter attitude with a focus on results
