This role, reporting to the Manager, Cage or Supervisor, Slot & Cage, requires one year of experience in high-volume cash handling. You will engage in cash transactions, monitor discrepancies, and assist with ticket redemptions. Importance is placed on communication and teamwork to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle cash transactions and travelers' cheques efficiently
• Report suspicious cash activities and discrepancies
• Facilitate gaming ticket redemptions and ticket sales
• Manage opening and closing cash floats
• Document and reconcile transactions accurately
Requirements:
• High School Diploma mandatory; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling
• Serving it Right Certification required
• Ability to obtain a criminal background check
• Excellent service-oriented communication skills
