At Boyd Autobody, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our well-supported team. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the frontline voice for our repair facility, maintaining relationships with customers and insurance partners.
Your role will include scheduling appointments, processing insurance assignments, and ensuring accurate communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) customer service strategies
• Handle customer inquiries over phone, in person, and via email
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments efficiently
• Document all communications with customers or insurance
• Manage car rental arrangements effectively
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, automotive preferred
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications
• Valid driver's license required
