The Customer Service Coordinator role focuses on relationship building and effective communication. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, handle audits and order requests, and coordinate critical information flow within the Service Department. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries courteously and professionally
• Make outbound calls and perform problem resolution tasks
• Maintain call logs and arrange deliveries within the department
• Monitor competitive activity and prepare service agreements
• Track and distribute Welcome packets and reports
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office and administrative tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Time management skills for efficient task execution
