As the Senior Director of Customer Success, you’ll build and oversee an effective Customer Success team across various regions. Key Responsibilities:
• Scale the Customer Success organization and hire Strategic CSMs
• Own net revenue retention and expansion strategies
• Ensure strategic accounts align with business objectives
• Develop performance expectations and KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or related field
• 8+ years experience in post-sales leadership
• Experience with Customer Success platforms
• Proven success in driving adoption and expansion
• Strong coaching and mentorship capabilities
