TD is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for 15 hours per week. Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills to address customer needs. You will resolve concerns, meet business objectives, and promote banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Understand and determine customer needs for banking solutions
• Resolve customer concerns effectively, escalating when necessary
• Achieve business objectives by promoting appropriate solutions
• Connect personally with customers to advise on processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma with 1 year of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for diverse customer interactions
