As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, execute data entry accurately, and assist with product knowledge. Being bilingual in English and Spanish will allow you to connect with a broad customer base, strengthening their experience. You will play a key role in supporting sales initiatives through upselling and detailed analysis of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication
• Skilled in data entry and managing information
• Sales experience focused on customer interaction
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Capable of multitasking while preserving accuracy
Deliver exceptional service while developing valuable communication skills.
