Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, processing data entry tasks, and supporting sales initiatives. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued to effectively assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Handle data entry accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services
Support sales efforts by providing detailed analysis of customer needs and preferences
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer experience
Skills
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively convey information
Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills for managing customer information accurately
Experience in sales, upselling, and understanding customer needs
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are preferred to serve a diverse clientele
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers professionally
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service challenges
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $728.99-$1,360.77 per week
