As an entry-level Customer Success Account Manager, you will engage with strategic accounts, ensuring clients maximize the value from our IIOT platform. You’ll possess a blend of commercial and technical skills, leading the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing account management. This role involves working closely with internal teams to foster customer satisfaction and establish strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with strategic platform accounts
• Achieve sales quotas while driving revenue growth
• Lead structured onboarding engagements for clients
• Maintain proactive communication to address client concerns
• Deliver tailored solutions and training for customers
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in customer success or account management
• Familiarity with the mining, industrial, or resource sectors
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and executive stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
• A strong drive to enhance customer experience
