As a junior-level manager, you will lead customer success initiatives across North America, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of the IIOT platform. Your expertise will help clients achieve their operational objectives while collaborating closely with various internal departments. This position is perfect for a motivated individual eager to enhance customer experience in the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
• Drive revenue growth while meeting sales targets
• Oversee onboarding and account management processes
• Document client business requirements and challenges
• Facilitate effective communication and address client concerns
Requirements:
• Demonstrated success in customer success or account management
• Familiarity with mining, industrial, or tech sectors
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience with data-driven technologies is an asset
• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field preferred
