Position: Weekend & Evening Concierge Role
Join a retirement living community as an Evening and Weekend Concierge. This role focuses on exceptional resident service while keeping the community safe and welcoming during evening hours.

We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused candidate to manage evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, including weekends. Flexibility is key as you'll assist with various resident services, handle emergencies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. Your engagement will enhance residents' experiences and promote a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents and visitors with professionalism

• Answer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service

• Conduct wellness checks for unaccounted residents

• Assist with organizing resident activities and events

• Ensure cleanliness of common areas and facilities

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Capable of managing multiple tasks independently

• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or concierge roles

• Ability to perform wellness checks in emergencies

• Reliable and flexible for evening and weekend shifts
