Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who plays a crucial role in driving loyalty by managing both inbound customer calls and conducting proactive outbound communications. This non-exempt role also requires effective coordination within the Service Department, ensuring seamless information flow, call logs maintenance, and customer follow-up for satisfactory resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries based on company policy
• Make outbound calls for problem resolution and sales lead referrals
• Coordinate information flow and maintain accurate call logs
• Prepare and track service agreements and reports
• Monitor competitive activities and customer loyalty metrics
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent experience
• Strong telephone communication skills and customer service background
• Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to manage time effectively and recognize product details
