This temporary union position requires someone with call center experience and a knack for relationship building. You will connect with key customers, manage schedules, and ensure timely resolutions. Knowledge of CRM databases and strong organizational skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
• Process customer accounts in the CRM system
• Resolve service issues and customer complaints
• Schedule contract staff for translation services
• Provide training and orientation to new interpreters
Requirements:
• One year of call center experience required
• Minimum one year in an account representative role
• Extensive knowledge of financial systems
• Post-secondary education in customer service or related field
• Fluent in English and another language
Use your customer service skills and language expertise to excel at DIVERSE city.
