As an Equipment Rental Specialist, you will engage directly with customers to understand their equipment needs for construction and industrial projects. You’ll utilize your strong administrative and customer service skills while also performing as a backup Delivery Driver to enhance service delivery.
Your role will significantly impact our customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle phone and walk-in rental inquiries from customers
• Process orders and negotiate rental contracts effectively
• Provide backup delivery and pickup services when needed
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED needed
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Experience with construction tools/equipment recommended
• Prior work in equipment rentals is a plus
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
