This position includes engaging with community members, resolving complaints, and maintaining records of all interactions. You will also organize move logistics and enforce housing policies to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer visitor inquiries and direct them appropriately

• Support tenants in resolving housing issues

• Input data into housing management systems

• Oversee tenant move-in and move-out processes

• Maintain documentation of housing policy enforcement
