Job Overview

Remote Work‑at‑Home | Canada – Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & German)

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that delivers tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and German.
  • Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and German is mandatory.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred.
Employment Requirements & Background Check
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results (Does not apply in Canada).

Work Environment

The role is performed in a professional office environment. Employees will be largely sedentary, using a computer and telephone headset, with occasional movement and lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
