Tru Cooperative Bank is actively seeking a Mobile Member Advisor to strengthen branch operations in Surrey and Tsawwassen. In this role, you will facilitate member transactions, identify financial needs, and deliver tailored solutions. You will also support branch goals and engage with both current and potential members to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members

• Process transactions, including deposits and account openings

• Promote Tru Cooperative products during member interactions

• Assist with administrative duties and daily treasury balancing

• Connect members with appropriate branch advisors

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• 2 years of retail or customer service experience

• Sales and cash handling experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
