As the Team Leader, you will oversee the daily management of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring efficient customer interactions and addressing any challenges that arise.

Your role includes coaching, training, and implementing process improvements to support operational efficiency and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily guidance and support to your customer service team

• Conduct performance reviews and quality feedback sessions

• Facilitate training and resource allocation for team members

• Address employee relations and performance issues per company policy

• Collaborate with management to implement business efficiencies

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a contact centre leadership role

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Proven track record in customer service management

• Capacity to manage high-pressure situations

• Bilingualism is an asset
