Team Leader, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader, responsible for the seamless front of house operations of the Cafes on campus. This is an exciting time for Royal Holloway, and we are seeking applicants who are passionate about food and delivering sector leading customer service. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating the team and ensuring inspirational customer service is always achieved while driving and increasing sales and controlling costs.

Please note this role will require some evening and weekend work.

We will provide you with all relevant and necessary training to ensure you are fully equipped to help us deliver a first class customer experience.
