Your role focuses on empowering SMB and MME clients through effective support and strategy.
Ada is seeking a skilled Customer Solutions Consultant to foster the growth and retention of our self-service customers. This pivotal position requires strong knowledge of AI and excellent relationship skills to ensure clients derive maximum value from our platform. You will prioritize customer success while leveraging innovative strategies for engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert customer support and guidance for SMB and MME clients
• Design automated strategies enhancing client revenue and satisfaction
• Collaborate with various departments to align goals and resources
• Handle escalated inquiries and improve client satisfaction
• Drive adoption and usage of the Ada platform
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Customer Success or technology consulting experience
• Familiarity with APIs and SaaS platforms like Salesforce
• Strong communication skills for technical explanations
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Resourceful in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
