Position: Concierge Needed for Weekend Shifts
Become a key part of our property management team as a Concierge focusing on customer service and safety for residents and visitors. This temporary role requires commitment on weekends.

As a Concierge, you will report to the Property Manager and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere at the property. Your responsibilities will include greeting residents, managing inquiries, and ensuring security protocols are in place. Attention to detail and strong communication are vital skills for successful interactions within this temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all residents and visitors at the property

• Ensure effective access control measures are followed

• Professionally answer phone calls

• Manage packages and guest needs competently

• Conduct routine patrols for property safety

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of local services and attractions

• Customer service experience is advantageous

• Capability in using Google Workspace tools

• Availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
