Concierge Keyholder

Position: Concierge Keyholder at Dutch Love
Be the welcoming face of Dutch Love as a Concierge Keyholder in Surrey, BC. This role combines customer service expertise with keyholder responsibilities during busy periods to create a positive atmosphere.

As our Concierge Keyholder, you will greet each customer warmly, assist with , and manage customer flow in our bustling environment. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflicts with professionalism will ensure a safe shopping experience. Moreover, you'll support daily operations, perform opening and closing tasks, and coach team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism

• Complete  according to regulations

• Manage customer flow and direct them to Bud tenders

• Monitor the store for safety and address concerns

• Resolve difficult situations with sound judgment

Requirements:

• Must be 19 years of age or older

• Provincial cannabis certification required

• Minimum 2 years in retail or hospitality

• Experience in conflict resolution preferred

• Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly
