Customer Service Order Administrator

Process customer orders with accuracy at TAG Hardware in South Surrey, BC, using Syspro, Excel, and strong communication skills. This part-time contract runs October through December 2026.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support customers, sales, production, and office operations. The work includes order entry, confirmations, invoicing, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution. You will also provide shipping documentation backup and maintain professional customer relationships.

• Process orders, confirmations, production jobs, and WIPs in Syspro
• Respond to product, pricing, status, and resolution inquiries
• Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate order records
• Communicate with sales and production departments
• Support shipping documentation and general office operations

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Excellent written and verbal customer service communication
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Syspro, Excel, and Google office suite
• Customer service or shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
