Customer Order Management Associate

Guide Home Depot customers through special, installation, and website orders while coordinating accurate, timely service from start to finish.

As a Service Desk Associate, you will manage Customer Order Management orders until customers are satisfied. You will support projects by connecting customers with the Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, associates, vendors, installers, and third-party agents. The work centers on accurate follow-through, customer needs, and order coordination.

• Follow Customer Order Management orders from beginning through completion
• Ensure customers receive requested products and services accurately
• Act as liaison among customers, associates, vendors, and installers
• Coordinate order activities with delivery and service providers
