As a Courtesy Clerk, you will support customers through courteous conversations and product knowledge. You will keep shopping areas ready, return carts, set up promotions, and maintain health and safety standards. No previous experience is required, and training is provided to support success.

• Ensure shopping carts remain available for customer use
• Return carts to designated store and parking lot areas
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat throughout each shift
• Maintain health and safety standards

• Provide resourceful, courteous responses to customer questions
• Work independently with attention to detail
• Remain motivated to learn new things
• Work varied departments, hours, days, evenings, and weekends
• Move up to 50 pounds and remain mobile
