Claims Service Representative Call Center

Support claims customers by phone at Northbridge Financial, using technical troubleshooting and careful attention to detail in a hybrid model. Set up new claims while keeping service quality high.

As a Claims Service Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries and provide prompt technical support to Claims Adjusters. You will maintain data quality and departmental service levels while delivering excellent customer experiences. This front-line position suits candidates with customer service or call center experience and strong MS Office skills.

• Receive incoming inquiry calls from customers
• Set up new claims accurately
• Provide telephone claims support to Claims Adjusters
• Maintain data quality and department service levels
• Deliver excellent service while managing the phone queue

• Two years of front-line customer service or call center experience
• Post-secondary education in insurance or a related program
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with multiple systems simultaneously
• Working toward the CIP designation is an asset
