The team at  Southridge Dental  located in  Surrey, BC  are looking for a passionate, hard-working  Treatment Coordinator  on a full-time basis.

The ideal  Treatment Coordinator  for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan.

We are a family GP practice that also does surgical procedures. Long time staff offers comfort and stability for patients. Lots of parking. Seeking a well spoken confident friendly TC to join our family.

32-40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.

5+ years of dental experience is required.

Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Customer service mindset.

Confident to have consults with patients.

Surgical experience or knowledge is an asset.
