In this role, you will support the Director of Physician Contracts & Hospitalist Services, assisting with contract negotiations and ensuring adherence to health policies. Your expertise in contract management and analytical abilities will be pivotal in guiding Fraser Health’s commitments to its extensive community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide contract process support and improvements
• Advise on clinical service contracts' implications
• Modify and prepare physician contract documents
• Aid in performance management and analysis
• Foster relationships with Medical Affairs for negotiations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or similar field
• 5 years in contract management within healthcare
• Proficient in analyzing complex data
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with relevant software tools
