WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management and/or dental administration
  • Well versed in Tracker dental management software
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong and resilient leadership - capable of managing approximately 15 administrators in a large dental practice
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
SCHEDULE
  • 40 hours per week
