Bilal Architecture Inc. is seeking a motivated Architectural Assistant with at least two years of local experience in British Columbia. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical drafting skills and familiarity with residential and small commercial projects. This role involves establishing organized project files, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing essential support in various architectural tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural drawings and construction packages
• Assist with design development and zoning reviews
• Create and update drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinate communication with clients and contractors
• Review project details and assist with drawing revisions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of local architectural experience
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Knowledge of BC Building Code is an asset
• Strong attention to detail with independent work ability
• Good communication and project management skills
