Cladding Project Manager

Take charge of cladding projects with Bothwell-Accurate in Surrey, BC. As a Cladding Project Manager, you’ll lead architectural cladding projects while ensuring high-quality execution and compliance.

Bothwell-Accurate is expanding in the Lower Mainland and seeks a Cladding Project Manager experienced in architectural cladding, building envelope, or glazing systems. This full-time, onsite role involves managing projects from concept through completion, collaborating with teams and clients, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cladding, glazing, and building envelope projects

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution

• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and engineered documents

• Maintain project forecasts, budgets, and schedules

• Coordinate materials procurement and subcontractor activities

Requirements:

• Experience in architectural cladding or glazing systems

• PMP certification is preferred

• Strong understanding of construction contracts

• Proficient in CAD, Sketch Up, and project management tools

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
