In this full-time role, you will guide the development of interior design packages for residential and amenity spaces. Collaborating closely with Development, Construction, and Marketing teams, you'll ensure cost-effective and market-aligned outcomes. Your strong communication skills combined with technical knowledge will facilitate superb execution of design elements and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive interior design packages for residential spaces
• Coordinate material and fixture selections aligning with project budgets
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on design requirements
• Support construction through field guidance and issue resolution
• Manage sales centre concepts in alignment with marketing strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of multi-family interior design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
• Established relationships with suppliers and consultants
• Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle access
