This position requires candidates with proven experience in technically delivering projects through various work stages. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical delivery of architectural projects
• Prepare NBS specifications and Scope of Works
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
• Utilize AutoCAD for detailed project specifications
• Coordinate project tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements:
• Proven experience in architectural project delivery
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and meet project deadlines
